Potato Person
|
Makes 1 potato person - suitable from 1 year
This recipe is a fun way of serving up baked potatoes for a
lunchtime or teatime dish. Your toddler will enjoy making
these with you.
1 baked potato per person, washed and scrubbed
1 tin albacore tuna fish or tuna fish in water or oil (not
brine)
a handful raisins
1 carrot, peeled and cut into sticks
a handful alfalfa sprous
Preheat the oven to 180ºC/350ºF/gas 4 and bake the potatoes
for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until cooked. Slice the top off
each potato and put to one side. Spoon out the potato from
the larger portion and mash it with the tuna. Put the
potato mixture back in the skin, allowing it to pile up
over the edge. Use 2 raisins for eyes and a carrot stick
for a nose. Put the alfalfa sprouts on top as hair and pop
the potato hat on top. A meal in one.
